Meet The DIRECTORS
Louis Weir
Louis Weir is Co-Founder at e4.ZERO, where he brings over 10 years’ experience working across the energy sector, including risk management, procurement and cost avoidance services. He has led the development of multiple business cases for energy investments, infrastructure refurbishments and energy decarbonisation master planning at an estate level. He is deeply knowledgeable in supply side management, data management, demand side management and carbon management, with a strong focus on minimising environmental impact.
Prior to co-founding e4.ZERO, Louis has worked with leading energy consultancies and FTSE 100 companies, holding positions as an Analyst, Consultant and Utilities Manager.
John Swallow
John Swallow is Co-Founder at e4.ZERO, responsible for leading the organisation’s strategic direction from a technical and sales perspective. Having worked across several industries for over 30 years, John is an established leader, with expertise in strategic business development focused on the growth and future market sustainability within the energy sector.
Prior to co-founding e4.ZERO, John has spent a number of years working on energy and carbon reduction strategies, as well projects focused on improving energy efficiency, capital repayment loans through to full operation ‘as a service’ leases. He has led on the delivery and engineering of energy management strategies, compliance and reduction techniques.
